  • From the Dashboard, individual goals provide access to the key project Documents or tools needed to perform the task

  • Track progression of each goal easily via the status icons

Phases

Start Up Phase

  • Maximise the return on your investments by ensuring you undertake the correct projects for your organisation

Initiation Phase

  • Ensure your project has viable Business Case before committing resources to the project

  • Ensure your project can be delivered on time

  • Prime your project to succeed by implementing a Project Management Plan

Planning Phase

  • Produce a structured Requirements Specification

  • Easily record functional and non functional requirements

  • Prioritise your requirements using MoSCoW

  • Ensure all your requirements are included within the Design Specification

Design Phase

  • Produce a structured Design Specification

  • Ensure your Design Specification fully aligns to your Requirements Specification

Execution Phase

  • Build, test and implement your project using user defined work packages and test plans

Closure Phase

  • Complete a lessons learned review and formally close your project
